OCCUPATION: Co-manager of The Rising Sun, one of Los Angeles' many bars and music hotspots; interior decorator by day; full time musician at night. Does modeling on the side.

APPEARANCE: Lengthy brown hair, blue eyes, pale skin. About 5'8". Tattoos: Butterfly design on the small of her back; quarter moon wrapped around her belly button.

POWERS: Witchcraft, strong mental connection with her twin, Paul (borderline telepathy).

PERSONALITY: Can be very generous and understanding, but extremely candid in expressing her thoughts, which often leading to misunderstanding. She often struggles with tact and diplomacy due to her blunt nature, thus leaving that up to her brother. Has difficulty in accepting advice or admitting that she may have made a mistake, making her seem stubborn and set in her ways. Thus, she often makes poor first impressions. But in reality, she is a very kindhearted soul who would do anything for a friend. She's extremely flirtatious.

HISTORY: Her father died when she and her twin were six, so Belle and Paul were raised by their mother until 18 when they both attended Southern Cal. Paul got a degree in Business and Belle got a degree in Interior Decorating. The reason for this was because their mother was the manager of 'The Rising Sun' and was tempted to step down and hire someone else. Neither Belle nor Paul could stand to see Steele Dreams under the charge of someone else, so they took the reins themselves. Although they do not own the restaurant/bar, they have enjoyed full autonomy of the place since the owners trust their judgment.

Thankfully, her mom has always been at their side right up to her death three years ago. Otherwise Belle wouldn't have the slightest idea what to do with herself and her abilities. Her mother has taught her everything she knows.

FACTOIDS: Performs at 'The Rising Sun' most nights with the band. Definitely the more creative of the two, with her interests in advertising, drawing, guitarist, bassist, drummer, singer, interior decoration, modeling, and cooking.

The actress I feel to be the best image for Belle Devereux is Liv Tyler. I am in no way affiliated with her, nor am I making a profit off her image. I just really admire her acting skills, and she would be perfect for this role in my eyes.
